I am still new here beg permission to ask directions to a senior who is here. When we won the contest, what files should be uploaded and how much capacity and the maximum file size?

Thanks & Regard

Hello there:

Finalized design: you will need to collect your files into a single compressed file (must be .zip) and upload it to the contest page. Files should be zipped or archived using an appropriate utility, and should be tested for compatibility before being handed over to the client.

Please deliver all vector logos in both:

- original program format (.AI, .PSD, jpg,png etc.);and

- .EPS file.*

- A contest holder may request different file types and it is your responsibilty to provide the file type the contest holder requests.

Your upload size must be below 2mb. (Please contact us if your zip file is larger than 2mb).

*EPS is an industry standard, meaning "Encapsulated PostScript". It can be imported into all major design programs, and is often the file of choice for many printing companies.

Best regards.

After you are chosen as a winner you have 24 hours to upload the source files. The CH can ask for minor changes and he has has 7 days to work with you on these changes

There is a lot of info on the HELP section

Hi! I just won a contest. I have a question about the upload time. It says you have to upload the winning design within 24h and for corrections you have 7 days. So, do I have just to upload it within 24h and in case there are some corrections I can upload it again? Or do I have to upload just the final version within 7 days?
thanks!

You can upload as many times as needed, each new upload covers old uploads. Post a note on minor fix area asking ch if any edits are needed

This helped me out. Thanks a lot!
And what about the wining design. I made the logo in brown/white/black in one design. Should I upload this version or a new file with just one color and one logo?

Hi Matthias!
Sincere congrats on your win ( i got silver...). When i have to upload, i prepare separate files for each color the CH might ask (brown background - 1 file, white background - 1 file, black background - 1 file in your case).
You should also provide a black and white version of the logo....
And i also send the client both RGB and CMYK files (so he can use it for both print and web).
As for file types i send EPS, AI as vector and png / jpg as bitmap.
Everything put in folders and archived to the smallest possible .zip file.
Hope it helps
Andrei

Hi Andrei,
Thanks and congrats for your 2nd place!
This was very helpful. I did it exactly this way.

All the best!
