Which is better, AI or Photoshop to do Logo?

Logos should generally be in vector graphic, so if you choose Illustrator or Photoshop, then definitely Illustrator.

I think that's Illustrator. Because of vector format.

It is wise to do your logo in Illustrator. Especially in this site. It is required that the final logo should be in vector format.

Create vector logos in Illustrator, these are resizeable.
But when exporting to specific size you can use that vector logo, enhance in Photoshop and deliver beautifully.
