Which is the best software to create a website ??

To create a design for the website or to build the website? For example I use Adobe Photoshop to create a design and Adobe Dreamweaver to code the design into CSS/HTML. Then you can use some content management system like Drupal or Wordpress and implement your design into it, also with help of Dreamweaver.

I always build the website on Dreamweaver and use PS for design elements. Sometimes I use Fireworks - and even Illustrator. But when you do a good design you may even built it in Notepad if youknow waht I mean :-).

Briefly, website design means planning, creation and updating of websites. Website design also involves information architecture, website structure, user interface, navigation ergonomics, website layout, colors, contrasts, fonts and imagery (photography) as well as icons design.
