How to turn your handwriting into a new font?

1. Download Template from the Handwriting font creator
2. Using a black marker, write out the alphabet and the numbers in your style. Make sure you use a felt pen.
3. Scan the template in grayscale and in portrait at 150dpi or 300dpi.save as JPG, PNG or TIFF. Size has to be no more than 2MB (6000x9000 pixels)
4. Upload your New Font to the MyScriptFont.com website. Name your font and set the format and then click on Send File.
5. After the font is converted, you can download it to your computer.
6. Finally install the font in your computer

Wow! That's pretty cool. Always people told me that I have a beautiful handwriting and I should try to turn it to a font. I will definitely do it. Thanks a lot!

Thanks for a great tip, Ammar11! Very easy to use. My daughters really loved to see their handwritings as fonts! But this can come in handy even professionally some day!
