As per the rule, posting this. I joined design contest last month. So new here. Won nothing. Posted 31 entries, but restricted to post only 3 designs here. I have a problem here. I can't post a massege with design. How does it possible? Anybody tell me?

I Can Understand Your Problem.......
You Are In Level : 1 , So You Can Submit Only 3 Post.....
If You Enter Level : 2 , You Can Submit 5 Post Only........
To Reach Level : 2..., You Want 50 Rating Points.....
