i don't get what you mean but let me give you something that could make your rate up. join the forum get involve with the happening and be active. maybe 1 reply gives you 5 additional rate. specially when your design rated in high rate and getting medal even just a silver or bronze it makes your level and ratings more high... goodluck to you!

Gold medal = 500 rating points (and cash prize of contest)
Silver medal = 300 rating points
Bronze medal = 200 rating points
You will only receive the rating points for your highest rated entry in a contest. You will receive those rating points after the contest has closed and a winner has been awarded.
As you collect medals, each medal is worth points to help you reach the next designer level. Gold medals are worth 3 points, Silver are worth 2 points and Bronze are worth 1 point.
