Looks very nice overall. I think the green square, since it will be on the front, could maybe have some sort of interesting digital image stenciled in or just overlaid. Just so it grabs the eye right away. Also, the pink square looks like it could use a bit of text to break up the space. It seems to be the only square without any, so I was thinking perhaps the name of the club could go there, kind of like how greeting cards have the name of the maker on the back.
