Paint Shop Pro Glow

Glow is good to make your text stand out. You can add glow to letters by doing the following:
1.Open any image that has a transparent background.
2.Set the image size to around 300 x 150 pixels.
3.Using the fill tool color the image background Black.
4.Add a new layer
5.Set the foreground color as green.
6.Select the text tool and type your text on the image. select the font you want to use.
7.Now use the Chisel effect . Select Image->Effects->Chisel and select background color and click OK.
8.Go to Image->Blur->Gaussian blur and set the radius to 3. and click OK.
9. Add another layer . Change your foreground color to light black.
10.Using the text tool put your text using the same style on the image again.
11. Align the text directly above the blurred text.
The final image will have three layers. Use your layer opacity slider to edit the opacity levels of your glow.
