Abandoned contests

I had a few questions about when a contest is abandoned.

1 - If only one designer receives rating points in the contest, do they receive the entire contest prize amount? -or- just $45?

2 - Do all designers receive the rating points (from their highest rated entry) from that contest?

3 - Would it be possible to increase the split amount to $50.00 instead of $45.00? Once the amount is released to a designer's finance board, they will not be able to withdraw it until there is at least $50.00 in their finance board. Designers won't be able to withdraw the money until they win a contest or receive another abandoned split (which could perhaps take a while).

-OR- maybe change the withdraw amount to $45.00 instead of $50.00?
