Sometimes removing certain data and content can solve some issues in your iPhone. To remove content from your iPhone, you need to the following
1.Open iTunes from your computer.
2.You can deselect a specific data type in iTunes.
3.If you don’t suspect any specific data type, deselect all items on every tab in the iTunes list like Info, Apps, Music, etc...
4.Connect your iPhone into your system and sync it.
When it’s done, your iPhone will have no data from the categories that you deselected.
