Landing Page Design

I saw a post that mention Landing Pages but didn't want high jack it.

I made this mock up of a direct action landing page that gives a freebie for email capture for marketing purposes.

There are grammar mistakes i know but just wondered what you think of it. I think clean pages are more responsive than fancy graphics some times.
