This is cool. I liked the colours in your first entry best - the blue really popped. I think the CH had something specific in mind and thereeds got closest to it. Silver isn't bad though mate my entries were eliminated!

Can I see yours.. Maybe this has something to do with the taste of the CH..

I removed them because I didn't like the overall design it was what the ch asked for rather than what i would have done if left alone.

I kept my bulldog though because I'll probably do a bit more work on it and use it again when another contest comes around.

For the sake of the argument heres my entry on the 18000rpm contest. Your critic will be appreciated.

Seeing as you put it up for critique I'll be picky.

You don't need the grey line under RPM - I'm sure it would look better without it.

I think your curved yellow line gets a little bit too fat in the middle.

Great stuff though mate.

In fact this was my favorite choice under the CH outlines. the winner was good but more sporty than software!
And as GJR suggested "You don't need the grey line under RPM" nor the bow one.
Use the red of the arrow instead of the orange, dark the blue a bit, make the arrow black as well.
