I will agree with Pixel, I would rate DC 9 out of 10, I have check a few others but for me DC is more friendly, easy to use website, interesting forum, and moderators are very helpful. I have the feel I have joined a creative society.

Sorry, can only give you a 5. You don't do enough to spur on the contest holders to pick a winner once the contest has ended. IT SHOULD NOT take over a month (and counting) for a contest holder to make a decision.

mine is 9. Though the site needs to have a withdraw design button anytime. Sometimes you'll get infractions for similarities from other designers concept. SO i suggest for withdraw button. But here i love the payout process. Faster than any other design contest.

9, the site is loading too slow sometimes
After a year and some months 
I give 9.8 , the new website it's very user friendly, you can find very easy the information you need about contests, the new structure is very well done and you can't mess up things. There are some feature requests to be solved, then I will give 10 . Yay!
