Adobe CS5 Dreamweaver’s Insert panel gives you the tools to insert some general Webpage elements like tables, hyperlinks, images and e-mail links. It also provides more options for text formatting widgets.
Go to Window→Insert .
The Insert panel has eight categories providing you with diverse elements that your can add to your web page.
•Common for common used objects, like tables and images.
•Layout for layout elements, like CSS elements and DIV tags.
•Forms for creating forms.
•Data dynamic element content and data objects.
•Spry: for Spry Framework objects.
•InContext Editing for Adobe InContext editing service and editable regions allowing remote updates by content contributors .
•Text for text formatting tags.
•Favorites for grouping and organizing the Insert panel buttons
