Can we do our own fonts in photoshop?

Photoshop can only help you make graphics(for each letter and symbol) for your fonts. But to convert those graphics into one font, you have to use a font making program like font-forge. And yes, once you've made your font you can easily use it in Photoshop like any other font.

Yes, you can do anything making of graphic related work. I think font making is graphic related so it is possible you can do it. But if you see another side you see lots of font making software so it is also better you can use in font making software.
