the name and country is similar and his joining date too (but it could be a coincidence) but the designs are a variation of a single concept...looks like the same guy to me.

I was actually going to post something about this. I was looking at that contest (Moscow Metro) and realized that they were the same person. Thanks for taking care of it Routh, because i thought that that was really cheap.
