If you cannot reset your WordPress admin password through the “Forgot My Password†option, do the following
1.Using PHPMyAdmin Go to database and then select your WordPress database
2. Select the table wp_users
3.In the wp_users table click edit next to the admin user.
4.Now go to the user_pass column and select the MD5 and enter the new password and click go.
