					You should always create your logo in cmyk.  You can go back to rgb for web.  Also, you want to create it in a vector program like Corel or Illustrator.  I personally use Illustrator.  With the vector format you can resize with out loosing any quality.  Raster images will become pixelated when you try to resize. 					Well the logo's that I design are MEANT for print, but when you upload them to this website, I use RGB, since we are all looking at RGB colors when we view on a computer screen.
Who print's a web design? Someone who is adding the design of their web page to their hard copy portfolio.
Color Modes:
If it's meant to be viewed onscreen = use RGB
