You have photoshop templates too on the internet free, if you are started as photoshop user.

When you download that, open in photoshop, open Layer pallette, and you can redesign the elements as your own.
When You finished, just save as PSD too with different names. You can change colors, styles on this PSD Templates too, they are free and good for start.
