So, if you are level 1 you have 3 upload per contest.
If you got rating from a Contest Holder above 30 points, you will get an extra upload for improving your desing.
If the entry is eliminated, then there is no extra upload. In case client asked for improving (via comment), but had eliminated your design, go chat with admins to give you extra upload.
