Application problem: random transition to the scissors (Illustrator CS6 16.2.0 64-bi)

Illustrator CS6 16.2.0 64-bit. Application problem: random transition to the scissors tool. For example, I choose "Selection" or "Pencil". Then, I make a selection or drawing a line. But in the next moment, Illustrator randomly activates the Scissors. Thus, I have to go back to the toolbar almost after each click. How to fix it?

I already delete settings: "Ctrl+Alt+Shift" and deleting the contents of a folder "<startup drive>\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adob e Illustrator CS6 Settings\en_US*\x64", and "AppPrefs.xml" file in "<startup drive>\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adob e Illustrator\16.2.0\". But it did not help.
