Would you please show me a tutorial how to have quality & organization of layers like a Graphicriver.net files?

I think there is no unique tutorial that meets your desire. We all have to learn from very basic: how to use software, a little mind of an artist such as structures, colors, shapes, lights, .... (a long list...), of course time is a important elements too.

Any way, keep look at pro designs and learn from them.
