hi everyone, can you help me" About uploading a zip file could not sent because of an error? But my zip file has only 12.5mb.
this are the error say, "It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly". Its my first time to encounter this error.

hi junifer,

I suggest you not to use any software to zip it. Just right click and send it to compress file in explorer.
and second reason might cause low transfer rate of server. for this reason you can just wait for a while and re-upload it. That's it.
