About handover winning sourcefile

Hai,
I just want to ask about handover process on my winning contest http://www.designcon.../tumanjan-homes
i hv finished uploading my source files about 3days ago to Contest Holder and ask him if there's
any further minor changes or anything he needed,but seems CH not so responsive.
my question is how long i hv to wait for CH to respond or perhaps releasing the payment?
