I wish there was a way that the Contest Holder could choose to give someone who has run out of uploads...

I wish there was a way that the Contest Holder could choose to give someone who has run out of uploads a few extra ones if they would like to see more from them. I just recently had that problem, but luckily I moved up levels just in time .
