Won contest. CH wants additional design.

I won a contest, but the contest holder wants the winning design and another one that I entered, to use for promotional purposes. The designs have similar elements. He inquired about how to go about getting it. The additional entry is #122.

The choice is really up to you on this, most of the time a design that makes the winning design belongs to the client, meaning if the other design was used to create the design the ch chose then some client will ask for all files associated or made the winning design ( they don't want any versions out there) but this one is kinda on line so in the end it will be up to on this one

You can politely explain to ch that after choosing a winning design a buy for flag will show on remaining entries, it defaults a certain dollar amount but this amount is negotiable between you two
