Don't ask the contestholder to blind the contest??? (Found this from knowledgebase)

I find this rule a little unfair especially if it's asked at the very beginning of the contest when there are still no entries (or maybe even when entries are not rated yet), plus the CH is never obligated to fulfil the blind request. I would suggest that this question should be allowed to be asked only once at the beginning and only once each time the CH unblinds a blind contest.
