Possible glitch, HELP!

i think the ch is trying to comment on something but it shows up in my notifications as "the client updated the brief" but I can't see any update in the brief ,I think he's trying to comment because "the client updated the brief " has shown up in my notifications like 20 times now and I can't see any changes in the brief at all.
