didn't get notification when the contest goes back or the brief gets updated.

As I mentioned in the title, I found that sometimes I didn't receive notifications when some contests I participated reopened or the brief got updated. 

Is this some bug or because DC intentionally selects what or whom it wants to inform?

I'm also having this notification issue. But in my case, I'm not receiving the notification when the CH left a comment during finalization... But I'm sure DC is working on it...
