Save 300 dpi?

Hi ..

anyone know how the best to save 300 dpi to png file?..

if I set 10x10 inches in project and when I export to png with use artboards ..the size is 3000x3000

Note that when exporting to a png file, there are options for resolution, transparency or background color.

You should be able to use those options to get what you need.

People get so used to exporting to a certain type of png that they fly by options menu.

3000 pixels is the correct size for a 10 x 10 inch image @ 300 dpi. The dpi is multiplied by the inches.

 

For instance i create a 10 x 10 inch image @ 72 dpi, my pixels will be 720.
