about infraction

hi dear moderator, i just want to know why am i being infracted from the contest pk design....i read the brief again and again....the image i portray is in the brief for it is the signiture of the contest holder he stated there that it cannot be change so my design is defferent from the other because i put the emphasis on the dl combined with the pk...naturally the design looks like to the for the reason that the contest holder wants that his signiture be portray....so i was wondering why am i infracted where in fact it is in the brief....pls. examine the contest...im only the one to put dl in the contest and i think i did not violet the rules

hi dear sharie i think its not a copy because it is a signiture of the contest holder we portay..its in the brief...we cannot change the form of his signiture thats why there is a big possibilities that our design looks same the but my design is defferent because i put emphasis on dl not the pk...example take a look jacondesign designs its similar too..pls take a look the brief and my design...inspect the psd file he send in the brief...thank you
