Is it okay sharing html version of the design for Webdesign contests?

Hello,

Is it okay sharing html version of the design when entering a web design contest? It is a design contest only right? I have seen people submitting html versions and sharing private information like email address along with the submissions. Is that in line with the community guidelines?

No the website contests are for  design only no html

Is there another designer doing this?

I think DC team should automatically be notified if a link is being shared in the contests.

Ok that one we took care of, the designer received infraction for this as well as leaving contact info
