I was just browsing through open contests and noticed there is a second contest for this logo. The first expired already, and I'm wondering if I need to enter the second one or not? What gives?

I have sent message to the contestholder several times asking why two contests, no reply yet.
If you enter the other make sure you enter a different design because only 1 design in an open contest, you can't submit same t=design in more than 1 open contest
