Numbers tags on images with feedback...

Is this a new feature, or has it been around and no one is using it?  I love this.  Get  feedback tagged to  a part of the image.  If it has been around,  I don't know why more contest  holders aren't using it. Genius!

 We had has this fro several yrs. Some clients use this  while others don't care. When I talk with the client on the phone I give them a tutorial on  several ways they can give feedback and this is the first option I explain how to use and what a great tool this is  

They  should all use it.  I had never seen it before today,  and was just  blown away.  The guy gave me all kinds of feedback and I didn't have to  guess what  he was referring to. It's right there numbered with specific feedback  available. I could see it not being so useful on simple logo or icon,  but on an illustration,  brochure,  flier, etc. it's downright priceless.

yes  this was a request we worked on  quite  awhile in testing before launching new site design a couple yrs back
