This client held a competition guaranteed two months ago. Did not choose the winner and opened a new unsecured contest with the same goal.

What is the purpose of this? If only she had given feedback on entries submitted, designers could get what she really wants. But opening a new contest does not make sense to me.

Hi there

I have tried to contact this client. No reply back. I am going to guess that because this guaranteed has been expired past 30 days client assumes nothing can be done so opened a new contest. The old guaranteed winner will go up for designer vote when it is in its turn
