new forum skin

as you know, the forum script has been updated.

I was thinking that it is kind of time to change the forum skin as well. I have found an interesting skin it is called Simple blue and you can check it out by changing forum skin in the settings in User Control panel.

We just need to change the header image and we can use this skin as an alternative until we find something better.

I'm new to this site and looking to join the team! So far it seems great. It says I have to wait a week and have at least 10 post in the forum. But do I post in the contest forum it I'm not a member yet?
