Hello everyone.
Recently, I got a new experience about the contest that was closed but was re-finalized again by CH. this confuses me a little. How CH has signed the agreement and the prize is given and the contest is closed but then re-finalized because CH wants correction. Does anyone have the same experience or DC might be able to explain what really happened. there are some questions in my mind:
1. Under what conditions is it possible?
2. How far can CH do it?
3. What's wrong or who is wrong?
