I'm interested in becoming a team member but I'm not sure how long the process takes. There are a couple of logo contests that I would like to enter but the deadline is the 30th of this month. I've only been a member for a couple of days.

they want people to be involved with the forums, not just contests.
u can learn so much cool stuff here, u just need to read alot
i think i read more in the last month than in the last year.
keep trying, everyone want to do do the contests
if you read, you will see , it's much more than that
God job everyone, merry christmas!

that's better than I could write myself
I just want to add that it normally takes up to a month - which means normally it takes less than that, depending on how busy _redrum is. He is the admin in charge of the applications.

Thank you, I am happy with this one. I paid attention to details. no live trace, all pen tool, shapes and gradients.
