Well previous to taking any typography i was probably a type idiot, opting for the decorative rather then the practical.
However, i discovered i actually have quite a love for type, and when we were each assigned a "font" to study i was given Officina... i think it has become my mistress since then.

everyone loves Helvetica, probably the most famous San Serif font out there. My Serif font at the moment is Minion Pro and Tiffany.

Only helvectica I like is the Neue the other ones are not that clean shaped.
A new font I like is Calibri Bold it is just not too thick and also has rounded corners / edges which make it a very clean font. Am sure this font is going to be used allot.

Great Free fonts at the moment are Raspoutine and Enter Sansman. Raspoutine to be a very feminine font which can fit with actually all kinds of female company logo. Enter Sansman is a very sporty male font good for sport activity or products.

Too bad, i don't have Calibri although it sounds so familiar. Must have used it at some point, although i may be mistaking it for Calisto but that is a Serif font.

Myriad and Tw Cent.
They are good for most things and have a nice smoothness to them.

I like verdana, georgia, and book antiqua, among others.

Like many other designers, I despise comic sans, times new roman, and other fonts that are overused. Lately, it seems like everyone is using the Bleeding Cowboys font. I really liked that font when it first came out, but now it's becoming too common.

My all-time faves: Neutraface and Optima definitely. Both are so nice and versatile! Neutraface in particular has a solution for every kind of copy from display type to captions - lovely. :)

Hi there, hope all is well wuth everyone.

I like using Book Antiqua...very close to old bookman
Deloise-little on the fancy elegant side
Invitaion regular-- very clean and elegant
Lunch-- is 3d like font for goofy type projects
The old reliable arial fonts

No Matter what my favorite font is the client is the one that has that final say, Sometimes you get a client that is determined to have a certan style/font no matter how bad it ends up looking
