i tried many times to make sure my image fits size requirement
but it wont show up, does it have to be a jpg or is gif ok?:eek:

i figured that out
it is called an avatar in this case
cool, learning things already
i tried to get rid of the white border
i used 10% gray
and center the logo
but not easy

any suggestions on that?

Hi. Not sure what you mean by "center the logo" but to fix the white border I think you will have to crop the image in a raster program.

i mean center it below my name, instead of being flush left. The thin line on left and bottom probably has to do with a shadow inset or something, it is not on the orignal file.

Well, as you can see I was able to fix the problem by simply doing what I posted above, so it must have been something on your end causing the issue. If you were using a vector program, then that's the problem.

About centering the avatar, I don't think our forum settings allow individual users to do that; everyone's avatar is left-justified.

may be the size is to bigor the wrong format try JPG that what happen whit mine i haveto resize and change to JPG

this afternoon i tried it again and it worked, so i'm okay now!
