Ultrashock.com is a community for designers and programmers. It has been on the net for a very very long time, and its community is well respected and full with many professional and creative individuals....
they recently released a beta of their v2... Its simply amazing...i love every bit of it... what you guys think...though i am not an active member there, i have followed it since 3-4 years ago when i discovered it... i am pretty sure most of the flash guys here know this site... check it out anyway
