Honestly, looks a bit rushed. As far as I can see, these are just doodles; lets see some designs!
Also, you should decrease the fidelity setting of the brush so that Illustrator doesn't correct your strokes as much (just double-click on the brush button).

I like the colors:)......I'd refine a bit, like redrum suggested.....this would be awesome to diecut the cheese wedge(the holes)..........have fun with your new tablet!

Thanks for the tip, I will look into that. I was kinda going for the doodle/modern look in this design, but today I will try something a bit more complicated.

Agree with all of the above. I think your illustrations need more time and details. Of if you want to take the minimalistic approach, than make sure you find yourself a good way to stylize what you draw.
And I would add that you should work your type a bit. Typography is very important in a business card.
