dear sharie, I have a problem in the finalization phase, I can't upload the final file, because the file size exceeds the available upload capacity, and I can't change the file to a smaller size, is there a solution so that CH can immediately see the final file ?

Did you upload the source files to the finalization?
if so why do more need to be handed over now? I went through the finalization comments and not finding any recent , last couple of days, no request for new files so im a little confused

It's been 12 days and my file has not been approved by CH
