None of the entries to my contest were suitable, how do I refund?

None of the entries were suitable for the project and I'd like to request a refund. I reached out to support and haven't heard back in a little while.

There's a 100% money back guarantee policy, but no easy way to actually start this process. Please help.

I have contacted you via email by the contact form on your website, since you do not have a UK phone number I cannot call you up. I cannot find the 'live chat' feature on your website. It seems like you're making this as hard as possible for someone to get a refund, pretty shady. Why is there no button that does this automatically?

I've now sent an email to shariev, please can you supply me with a UK phone number?
