First of all: I read "Dhoondh" not "Dhoondho"!

The idea is good, but i would not abuse of light and shadow dropping on it ... ;)

I like the OO eyes - good idea - but the last one is unnecessary. Use two colors only (colors of trust or energy). I wouldn't use a gradient. Make the logo using a font similar to what you have like VAG round or similar. Make the focus the eyes - remove the box. Make the word one color. Perhaps make the eyes and the tag line the same color.
Back hungry - feed back.

Definately lose the box.

And take some of the effects out of the name, the highlights are a bit too sharp and make the type look cheesy.

Maybe the eyes could have a bit more effort in them. Not just dots inside white oblongs. Some fine tuning?
Honey, I got rhythm that I haven't used yet.

Your client doesn't know what 'he's' talking about. Unless there's a really good reason to do it the color separation is distracting. Getting rid of the 3rd O eye is still a good idea. Don't add any effects. Keep it solid.

I agree with intrepidguppy. The 3rd eye just doesn't fit. Try a version with solid edges and a simple o at the end.

you can change the color make it a little brighter and the third eye you can just put O because it looks exaggerated. i guess that would be it and the logo will look more great.

I think you need to use a bit lighter gray for they eyes. And make darker pupils, more black.

Maybe getting rid of those eyebrows would be great also.. Looks not nice to me. Or you can try to make it nicer, maybe curvy...

You can also make the pupils look at us. I don't know if that'd work, but trying wouldn't hurt :D

Overall, it looks very nice...
