Reopen The Contest

CH in this contest (@rach_kattawar) submitted a change request to several participating designers at the last minute of the contest closing,

I'm sure there are some designers have worked on it but didn't have time to upload it,

can DC help advise CH to reopen the contest in order to get the best choice for the design? this is just a suggestion, but if ch has chosen a design, that's okay,
