One on one project

Hi, I’ve posted my question in “Chat with Mods” section but got no reply there so I’ll post it here:
I was offered a one on one project yesterday. I sent the client a message to discuss the price and received no answer from him yet. The reason I'm contacting you is because it's the third time my one on one project is ending like this without any further actions from the clients. I'm just worring that they're not receiving my messages or for some reason just can't see them. Can you confirm, please that the client received my message? Thank you.
