Looks really amazing! But I find it too complex! Maybe in the future try cleaning up a little bit.... :p

I doubt this is a vector logo. I´d say its a illustration or an artwork not a logo.

@Chung Dha - I'm going to simplify it and convert it vector format soon

@tommygun96 - the complexity is intentional...I wanted to mix a lot things to get a pasted together sort of look *note the clear tape at the bottom near the words*

It looks very good, but i'm curious to see it after it has been vectorized.

I noticed it is intentional, but I think a logo must have some kind of simplicity to identify quick and clearly.

I also looking forward to see a vector absrtaction of that logo! :)

It looks cool but is a little a complex indeed. What really bugs me though is, that the skull is overdone. What I mean is; it is a skull (mostly representig death if not always) and it is turned upside down, plus it has an x on it. I would say get rid of em, at least one of'em. Maybe turning the skull back on its normal position would be fine, you still can get rid of that x and put some cracks instead.

That is what really stands out for me, maybe it is just me.. Whatever, it's cool though.

a bit clumsy. too many things to focus on. clear some of the elements and try to give some harmony in the use of splatters.

I agree with the rest, too many elements, remember that logos should work in smaller scales too, so you must try to simplify. Good job

I agree with psdcreations. It's bit messy and to me looks like a graffiti. For the word winter I would think of something clean and simple. JMHO.

Like the revised one much better. Very concise, nice use of color, and easily readable. That's the main thing. A logo must be instantly recognizable, reproducible in any format. Very nice revision.

I prefer the elements of the first logo. yes, it is too complex to use as a universal logo. My suggestion: Lighten the opacity to about 14% on everything but the bar/flag with the company name and tagline. When the need arises for something more "dressy", accentuate the artistic elements. The section containing "Winter" could easily translate to a billboard, sticker, t-shirt, coffee cup, etc. So i think that it can be done.
