Because both the above contests are already finished and they are now using those logos for their businesses.

It is almost a month without any reply from the dc team.

To all - if you are asking for prize and payment releasing, then please leave comment once it is cleared for you.

This way we get impression you never got a payment.

 

Also, always stick to the one thread over the same inquiry.

There are many ways to contact

Live is always on screen, on contact when you log out as well

We can also be emailed

And you mention live chat not there it us always there

If not online you would be looking at time zones also messages are left in live chat daily when it us off hrs for live chat

There is no reason to wait this long to contact anyone

This will not be paid you have had multiple chance to say hey need finalization help

Please be mindful of this so it doesn't happen again. We want to pay all winning designers. 2 yrs, even credit cards have time limits on them to make actions. Please let's not have this happen again. Even desincontest page has links on the bottom for help or contacting

There is a reason for your point.

I had to quit all my online work for a while due to a personal matter.

That is why I had no chance to check my accounts.

On my side, I did submit all the source files with revisions that they requested.

 

My previous experience here is that after uploading the final files for the winning designs, they are downloaded by the contest owner, then the contest amount will automatically be credited to the designer's account.

I will not ask you about this if they don't use those logos. But the contest owners use the logos in their businesses.

 

That is why I ask from you, Can they use the logo without paying the designer who designed it?
