won two contests, the contest you are trying to enter is a category contest "TOP DESIGNERS" ; which means that only designers with level 9 or at least have two winning medals (gold medals) can take part in the contest, on the contest page there are many open contest options that you can take part in, please try and good luck...

You can go to the menu "Help' ( if you touch your name beside the profile icon, you will find it, there you will get every answer you want to know about the rules and conditions here)
